Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we’re not able to ship internationally.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. 


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please keep original tags and packaging intact. Food items and final-sale merchandise are not eligible for return.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email our customer care team at shop@welchs.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know what size to order?
Check the size chart on each product page for details. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Q: Will items be restocked?
Some fan favorites may return, but many items are limited-edition. If you see something you love, grab it before it’s gone!

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
